Rating: - Coming apartSo the handle broke on the first use of this luggage. Seemed to be ok until that! Rating: - great luggage for the priceGreat quality for the price, 2 trips on the luggage now and it is holding up great. Rating: - Traveler's Choice Amsterdam LuggageThis is a nice set, we do a great deal of traveling and the burgundy color was a good choice, easier to find when it comes up on the luggage belt at the airports, no problems with this luggage yet, rolls easily and the handle is user friendly. Rating: - AverageI received my luggage extremely quickly, which was nice b/c I was in a time crunch. I flew from Los Angeles to London's Heathrow Airport. I used the largest bag, and when I picked it up from the luggage turnstyle, there was a piece of plastic already chipped off on the back. Not a mandatory piece, and it was a clean break, so not a big deal. However, when I return from London to LAX, I used the acessories tote and checked it. When I picked it up here in the States, one of the handles had ripped completely off its stitching from the side of the bag and my luggage identifier tag was long gone. Since I had a gift certificate, I only paid $19.99 for this package - if it was anything over $50 I would have been extremely mad. Overall, it is cheap luggage for a cheap price. I needed a quick solution and that is exactly what I got. I do love the sizes of the suitcases, and the material is thick. I also like the expandable options on all the suitcases and also the amount of pocket space. The suitcases themselves are light and were easy enough for me (5'2") to carry up and down the stairs of the London Underground all by myself. If you are looking to invest in good luggage, this is not your option - go with a brand name. Rating: - Great LuggageBought this luggage just before going on a trip from NJ to CA. It is roomy and holds up under todays luggage handling at airports. |
